At KRYSVINCZI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not perfectly happy with your fashion items, you may return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
